At Telta, we offer a wide range of awnings designed to suit a variety of vehicles. Our full awnings are available in multiple sizes to fit many caravans. Our porch awnings are suitable for caravans and motorhomes with rail heights between 235cm and 280cm, while our drive-away awnings are designed to fit small campervans, taller campervans, and motorhomes with heights ranging from 180cm to 350cm.

All Telta awnings include 3-year warranty on air tubes and related components. 2-year warranty on all other parts (excluding normal wear and tear or improper use)

To make a warranty claim, please contact the retailer you purchased from and provide proof of purchase. Telta does not handle warranty claims directly but will support your retailer to ensure swift resolution. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

• Fair wear and tear
• Improper use
• Storm damage
• Damage caused by third parties
• Use in commercial settings

Telta offers a range of spare parts for our awnings, including panels, air bladders, valves, and other components designed specifically for each model. These can be found on our website in the Spare Parts section.

For warranty-related enquiries, please contact the retailer from whom the product was originally purchased. All warranty claims must be initiated through the original retailer, in accordance with their returns and warranty procedures. The retailer will assess the issue and, where appropriate, submit a claim to Telta on your behalf.
